Marilyn has created several new and innovative programs. One is a Natural Sleep Program for insomnia which she has created from her many years of experience and study including advanced training through programs sponsored by the Duke Center for Integrative Medicine, the University of North Carolina Program on Integrative Medicine and the Wellness Consultants International PLLC. The Natural Sleep program has enabled her clients to have a good night of restorative sleep after 2-3 sessions.
Marilyn, in her individual counseling for adults and teens, uses her over 30 years of training and experience to develop the most effective method of treatment to help her clients obtain their goals.
